• Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required before starting any project to secure your spot and cover initial costs. This deposit ensures that I can allocate the necessary time and materials for your artwork.
• Final Payment Terms: The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the artwork, prior to delivery or installation. This allows you to fully enjoy your piece, confident that it meets your expectations.
• Written Agreement: All terms, including project details, payment structure, and timelines, will be outlined in a simple agreement that both parties will sign before the project begins. This ensures transparency and clarity throughout our collaboration.
• Milestones: For larger projects, I may set up payment milestones to help manage the process effectively:
  1. Initial Consultation: Free (includes project discussion).
  2. After Sketch Approval: 25% of the total project cost.
  3. Upon Completion of the Main Artwork: 25% of the total project cost.
  4. Final Payment: 50% upon delivery or installation.

• Completion Confirmation: Once the artwork is finished, I will notify you for the final payment. I encourage you to take your time reviewing the piece to ensure it meets your expectations.
• Non-Payment Clause: If the final payment is not received within 7 days, I reserve the right to retain the artwork until payment is received.
• Satisfaction Assurance: If you are not satisfied with the final piece, I will work with you to address any concerns before requesting the final payment. Your happiness is my top priority!
